The Institute of Professional Development (IPD) at Karakoram International University (KIU) entered into a significant agreement with the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) to provide freelancing skills training to over 120 youth in the Ghizer and Astore districts. Sponsored by AKRSP under the BRAVE project, this initiative aims to empower young individuals with valuable skills and economic opportunities. Dr. Aftab Khan, Director of IPD at KIU, expressed confidence in achieving optimal outcomes as the implementing partner. Meanwhile, Regional Manager AKRSP, noted that this collaboration is expected to have a profound impact on the lives of many young people in the region, equipping them with essential skills for economic growth and development.
