Dr. Yawar Abbas is an IPFP fellow (NAHE/HEC NFDP) in the department of Environmental Sciences. He is mainly engaged in research activities and teaching courses like Environmental Management System, Solid Waste Management, Natural Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety to the undergraduate level. He has completed his Doctoral degree in Environmental Sciences & Engineering from School of Environment, Tsinghua University China majoring of Solid Waste Management. He has strong background knowledge about Environmental Engineering. He has skilled in using design experimental design, Origin-pro, lifecycle analysis (LCA), composting reactor design and operations GC-Mass, GC-FID, TCD and HPLC as well as other analytical tools. He is also interested in social work based programs related to Environmental conservation and protection. His hobbies included reading books, hiking and watching documentaries
