Research Interest

My main stream of research is organic semiconductors-based devices. In my research, experimental techniques and engineering approaches are used for performance/efficiency improvement of devices. My research expertises are briefly mentioned below. • Study of charge transport mechanisms in organic-inorganic heterojunctions • Efficacy enhancement of organic solar cells. • Energy harvesting from thermoelectric devices. • Environmental sensors based on organic semiconductors
