A delegation comprising representatives from the GIZ TVET Sector Support Programme and NAVTTC visited Karakoram International University (KIU) under Team Europe's TVET Sector Support Programme, implemented in collaboration with UNESCO-UNEVOC. The initiative aims to strengthen the leadership capacity of 300 TVET managers across Pakistan to drive institutional transformation and contribute to sustainable economic development.

During the visit, the delegation interacted with KIU's nominated entry- and middle-level managers, addressed their queries regarding the ongoing online self-paced training, and discussed preparations for the upcoming face-to-face training component.

Welcoming the delegation, Dr. Aftab highlighted KIU's ongoing initiatives to promote quality education and reaffirmed the university's commitment to supporting national TVET reforms through capacity building, institutional excellence, and strategic partnerships.
